Event Terms & Conditions

• 入場寵物必須全程由主人看管並戴上寵物引領帶及陪伴並注意寵物動向。
• 參與活動人士必須遵守相關法例的規定，例如第167D章 《危險狗隻規例》、第421章《狂犬病條例》、第421A章 《狂犬病規例》。
• 根據香港法例第421章《狂犬病條例》，在公眾地方，所有狗隻須以狗帶牽引或以其他方式妥善控制。
• 根據香港法例第167D章 《危險狗隻規例》，在公眾地方，體重二十公斤或以上的狗隻須以一條長度不超逾2米的狗帶穩妥地牽引。
• 根據香港法例第421A章 《狂犬病規例》，超過5個月大的狗隻須接種狂犬病疫苗及領取牌照。
• 為保障入場人士及寵物安全，建議所有進場之大型狗隻（體高達60厘米或以上）應戴上口罩。
• 若閣下寵物襲擊或傷害他人及動物，閣下或將會被檢控並須負上一切致他人受傷之責任。
• 所有動物糞便及廢料必須妥為收集和處置，場地均設有寵物垃圾桶。請大家愛護海濱長廊，維護公共設施整潔及衛生，請牽引寵物在指定區域便溺，若寵物在場內隨處便溺而發現主人沒有處理，主辦機構或場地職員有權勸喻及要求該主人及寵物離開。
• 任何瀕危物種均不可攜帶進場。
• 寵物及兒童進入園內須由成人伴同，盡量避免兒童在園區奔跑，以免被寵物追咬。
• 若寵物患有傳染病、寄生蟲感染及發情等情形，不可參加活動，以免影響其他寵物活動和健康。
• 請自備寵物飲用水及用品。
• 請珍惜共享資源，並善盡飼主責任，維護安全及秩序。
• 如以下警告信號在活動開始前3小時正在生效，活動將會取消：
• 8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號；或
• 紅/黑色暴雨警告信號
• 活動如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。

• Pets must be supervised by their owners at all times and must be on a leash. Owners should pay attention to their pets’ movements.
• All participates must fully comply with the relevant Hong Kong legislation, such as Cap. 167D Dangerous Dogs Regulation, Cap. 421 Rabies Ordinance and Cap. 421A Rabies Regulation etc.
• According to Cap. 421 Rabies Ordinance, all dogs must be kept on a leash or under proper control in public places.
• According to Cap. 167D Dangerous Dogs Regulation, dogs weighing 20kg or above must be held securely on a leash of not more than 2m in length in public places.
• According to Cap. 421A Rabies Regulation, all dogs at or over five months of age must be vaccinated against Rabies and possess a valid dog license.
• To ensure the safety of attendees and pets, all large dogs (with a height of 60 cm or above) are suggested to wear a muzzle.
• If your pet attacks or injures others or animals, you may be prosecuted and will be responsible for any injuries caused.
• All animal waste must be properly collected and disposed of. Pet waste bins are available on-site. Please take care of the promenade and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of public facilities. Ensure pets relieve themselves in designated areas. If a pet is found to have relieved itself in other areas without the owner addressing it, the organizers or venue staff have the right to advise the owner and pet to leave.
• No endangered species may be brought into the venue.
• Pets and children entering the park must be accompanied by an adult. Please try to prevent children from running in the park to avoid being chased by pets.
• Pets with infectious diseases, parasitic infections, or in heat are not allowed to participate in the event to avoid affecting the health and activities of other pets.
• Please bring your own drinking water and supplies for your pet.
• Please cherish shared resources and fulfill your responsibilities as a pet owner to maintain safety and order.
• If the following warning signals are in effect 3 hours prior to the start of the event, the event will be canceled:
  • Tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above; or
  • Red/Black rainstorm warning signal.
• Any changes to the event will not be further notified.
